How to exhibit

Exhibitor applications are now closed.

In previous years, we have posted entry forms to our exhibitors however we have now changed this process to make exhibiting at the rally even easier.

Our forms are now application forms rather than entry forms – submitting an application form does not guarantee an entry however our stewards will do their best to accommodate your exhibit.

All application forms need to be completed, signed and returned to the relevant steward via the address shown on the form by 1 July 2023. Application forms received after this date will not be accepted.

Stallholders

Wristbands

All exhibitors and stallholders will receive wristbands – these will be despatched in early September. Your wristbands must be worn on arrival and at all times when on site. Those without wristbands (over the age of 8) will be charged the daily rate (see our tickets page for pricing.)

Arrival on site

All exhibitors and stallholders should enter the site using Gate E – this is clearly marked from the A12.  Gate E will open at 10am on both Thursday 14 September and Friday 15 September and between 7am and 10am on both Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September. Stallholders – please report to the rally office on arrival. Exhibitors – please report to your steward.  You are requested not to leave the site before 4pm on Sunday 17 September and no later than 10am on Monday 18 September.

Stallholder payments

Upon completion of your form, you will need to submit payment for your stall.

You can pay your stallholder fee in three ways:

1) by internet banking using the following information:
Account Name: Henham Steam Rally Events Ltd
Account Number: 43484793
Sort Code: 20-16-12

2) by sending a cheque in the post with your completed entry form. Cheques should be made out to Henham Steam Rally Events Ltd.

3) by using Paypal. Send a payment to info@henhamsteamrally.com using your Paypal account. You can still pay using Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Please note: if your trading name is different to the name that appears on the Paypal payment, please email us to confirm your payment.
